Most aquarium services treat your tank like furniture — wipe the glass, change the water, send the bill. We treat it like the closed marine ecosystem it actually is. Every choice compounds. We take that seriously, even when nothing looks wrong.

Why we exist

Reef Haven was started by people who already kept reef tanks — and wanted a maintenance service that treated yours the way a reef-keeper would. Patient. Curious. Honest about what your tank actually needs.

Anybody can wipe the glass. We are here because we care what happens to your tank between visits — and because we keep our own reefs at home.

How we work

Four things that are non-negotiable for us.

Reef-keepers, not cleaners.

Everyone on our team keeps their own reef at home. That is not a marketing line — it is the prerequisite for working here. The person in your stand knows what they are looking at.

Saltwater only. Always.

We do not service freshwater tanks. Marine systems are all we do — and that focus is a big part of why we are good at it.

Same tech. Same schedule.

You get the same person on the same day every visit — not a rotating crew. Someone who knows your system, your livestock, and what normal looks like for your tank.

We tell you if something is off.

If we see something during a visit that needs attention, you hear about it the same day. Nothing gets fixed without your go-ahead — unless your livestock is in danger.
