Service area & scheduling
All of OC — Seal Beach down to San Clemente, plus inland to Anaheim Hills and Yorba Linda. Drop your zip in the quote form if you're not sure.
We usually have availability within a couple of weeks for new clients. Once you're on the schedule, visits are fixed — same day of the week, same window.
Give us 24 hours and we'll move it, no problem. For commercial clients with stricter building access, 48 hours if you can.
About the service
No. Saltwater and reef systems only. That focus is a big part of why we're good at it.
Yes — restaurants, hotel lobbies, medical and dental offices, corporate spaces. Same level of care, just a different environment.
Yes. We'll come out, test everything, document what we find, and give you a straight assessment of what it would take to get the system stable. If the honest answer is "start over," we'll tell you that too.
Maintenance visits
Water change, glass cleaning, equipment check, and water testing. Salt and RODI are included.
We'll contact you the same day — what we saw, what we'd recommend, and what it would cost to fix. Nothing gets done without your go-ahead, unless it's a livestock emergency.
Same schedule, same tech. Most clients don't change anything when they're away — we have a key, an alarm code, and standing instructions. If you want extra visits while you're gone, just ask.
Livestock & equipment
Yes — we can source, quarantine, and add fish and coral on your behalf, billed separately. We won't add anything your system isn't ready for.
We diagnose on every visit. If something needs repair or replacement, we quote it first. Your approval before any parts get ordered.
We do both. Tank relocations — moving to a new home or repositioning within your space — are something we handle regularly. New system setups we take on case by case. Reach out and tell us what you're thinking.
Pricing & policies
It depends on your tank — size, complexity, and how often you want visits. A 50-gallon FOWLR and a 300-gallon SPS system aren't the same job. Request a quote and we'll give you a number.
Yes — no obligation, just expert advice. We'll send service options and won't follow up unless you want us to.
Monthly billing on the same date each month. We'll sort out the details when we set up your service.
